Sanjiang Middle School, Zengcheng District,Guangzhou,Guangzhou,Guangdong Province,5113oo China [Abstract] Inter class activities arean important componentofcampus sports work,asystematicarrangement thatcarries therigiddemandforstudents'dailyphysical exercise,andalsoanimportantcarierforschools toimplementthe"moral, intellctual,physical,aesthetic,and labor"fiveeducation strategyandenhance students'comprehensive literacy.By analyzing the connotation and importanceofconstructing the "1+N"big break activity,combined withthe current problems inmiddleschool big breaksportsactivities,middle schoolteachersshould start implementing it fromtheaspects of scientificallydesigning thecontentofthe "1+N"activityoptimizingtheorganizationofthe"1+N"activity,and improving the resource alocation of the big break activity.Then,traditional sports training should be organically integrated with diversified educational goals,and innovationand breakthroughs should beachieved in educational concepts,organizational mechanisms,and implementation paths.
