Sanjiang Middle School， Zengcheng District，Guangzhou，Guangzhou，Guangdong Province，5113oo China [Abstract] Inter class activities arean important componentofcampus sports work，asystematicarrangement thatcarries therigiddemandforstudents'dailyphysical exercise，andalsoanimportantcarierforschools toimplementthe"moral， intellctual，physical，aesthetic，and labor"fiveeducation strategyandenhance students'comprehensive literacy.By analyzing the connotation and importanceofconstructing the "1+N"big break activity，combined withthe current problems inmiddleschool big breaksportsactivities，middle schoolteachersshould start implementing it fromtheaspects of scientificallydesigning thecontentofthe "1+N"activityoptimizingtheorganizationofthe"1+N"activity，and improving the resource alocation of the big break activity.Then，traditional sports training should be organically integrated with diversified educational goals，and innovationand breakthroughs should beachieved in educational concepts，organizational mechanisms，and implementation paths.
