Research on the Path of Fitness Talent Cultivation in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of the "Great Vocational Education Concept"

[Abstract]This paper conductsanin-depthanalysisofthecurrentsituationandproblemsofhigh-skiledfitness talent cultivation inhigher vocational colleges fromtheperspectiveof the "great vocational educationconcept"，and explores theconstruction ofascientificand reasonable talent cultivation path to solve the contradiction between the current vocationalftness talent cultivationandmarket demand，promote thecoordinateddevelopmentof thefitnessindustry andhighervocationaleducation，and provide more high-qualityandhigh-skiled profesional talents forthefitness industry. Based on the "great vocational education concept"，this paper uses methods such as literature research and investigationresearch tofindthat therearethefollowing problems in thecultivationofhighskilledfitness talents in higher vocational education：talentcultivationisdisconnected frommarketdemand，currculumsystem isunreasonable， practical teaching foundationis weak，and the evaluation system forfitnesstalent cutivation is incomplete.The following paths are proposed： deepening the integration of industryand education， optimizing the cuiculum system，strengthening practical teaching，and improving theevaluation system for fitness talent cultivation.The research results provide theoretical basisand practical guidancefor thecultivationoffitness talents inhigher vocational collges，and help promote the coordinated development of the fitness industry and higher vocational education.
