Shanxi Jinzhong Institute of Technology，Jinzhong， Shanxi Province，O3o6oo China [Abstract] The deep integration of artificial intellgence technology into the physical training and teaching system of universities has effectively promoted the transformation of physical education towards inteligence.This paper analyzesindetail theapplicationof keyartificial intellgence technologiessuchassensoryrecognition，motion capture，and intellgent prescription in teaching. Based on practical cases such as Quanzhou Ocean Institute and Zhejiang University of Science and Technology，it analyzes their key value in improving teaching scientificity， trainingaccuracy，and management eficiency.The research also proposes optimization strategies from fouraspects： platformconstruction，teacher training，datasecurity，and evaluation mechanisms，providing theoretical references and practical approaches for artificial inteligence to help thesystematic and scientific developmentof physical training and teaching systems in universities.
