[Abstract] The OBE concept centers on students' expected learning outcomes, emphasizing reverse design and continuous improvement,and providing a direction for the reform of professional talent cultivation in physical education.Based on the OBEconcept,thisarticlefrst explains its core connotation of "starting from theend"and its valueinterms of demandorientation,competencybased,and continuous improvementvalueinphysical education profession.Secondly,itanalyzes theprominent problems inthecurrent training model,including theconvergenceand lagging of traininggoals,whicharedificult toadapttotheneedsofthenewera;Thelogic structureofthecurriculum system is weak and disconnected from the outcome goals;The teaching mode is single and lacks student subjectivity; The evaluation system is static without continuous feedback.Finaly,it proposes innovative paths: it reconfigures the training goals based on job requirements to clarify the core outcomes; it optimizes the modularized curriculum system around thecore outcomes; studentcentered innovative student-centered practice-oriented teaching mode;it improves thedynamic evaluation mechanism basedonthe degreeof outcomeachievement.The research aims to builda scientific training system,enhance the comprehensive qualityand social adaptabilityof talents,and provide high-qualityapplied talents for the sports education cause and industry.
