Changsha Social Work College， Changsha，Hunan Province，41ooO4 China [Abstract] Withthedevelopmentofartificialinteligence technologyitsappicationinthefieldofeducationhasbecome increasingly widespreadand has been integrated into physical education scenarios.As an important part of the vocational educationsystem，highervocational physical education is inurgent need of promoting the transformationand upgrading of teaching models through technological inovation.Therefore，this paper explores the innovative paths ofartificial intelligence （AI） technology empowering the reform of higher vocational physical education from the perspectives of personalized teaching，data-driven evaluation，and virtual simulation training，analyzes itsadvantages in improving teaching eficiencypreventing sports injuries，and stimulating students'interest，and puts forward strategiessuchas building atechnology integration system，optimizing data governance standards，and strengthening teacher training，in order to provide theoretical reference for the reform of higher vocational physical education teaching.
