Innovation of Curriculum ldeological and Political Education Mode ofHigherVocational Physical Education —Taking the Cultivation of Resilience in Basketball Teaching as an Example

Shanxi Institute of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering， Changzhi， Shanxi Province，O46ooo China [Abstract] The curiculum ideological and political education mode is basedon Lide Shuren，and basketball teaching has thenatural advantage of cultivating frustration resistance due to the characteristics of confrontation and competitiveness.Starting from the theoretical logicof curriculum ideologicaland politicaland resilientability cultivation，this paperanalyzes the existing problemsof resiliencecultivation in basketball teaching，such as weak integration of goal design，singlecontent situation creation，and insuficientconsideration of evaluation system.It proposes ateaching path that reconstructs the goal system to strengthen guidance，enriches content design and situational creation，and improves theevaluation mechanismtohighlight proces.Through the basketbal teaching，thecutivation of resilience，skillimprovement，and physicalftness enhancementareorganically integrated toachieve thesynergyof curriculum ideologicalandpoliticalandresilientdevelopment.Itaimstoimprove students'resilience literacyandprovide practical reference for the innovation of curriculum ideological and political education mode in higher vocational physical education.
