体教融合视域下深圳市排球传统特色学校后备人才培养现状与发展路径研究

[Abstract] Thecultivationofvoleyball reserve talents isrelated tothecomprehensive strengthandsustainabledevelopmentofvolleyballin China，andaffects the construction of a sports power.The proposal of integrating sports and education has pointedout thedirection forthehigh-quality development ofvolleyballreserve talent cultivation.This article employs research methodssuchas literature review，expert interviews，and field investigations to explore andreflectonthecurrent situationanddevelopment pathofvolleyballreserve talentcultivation intraditionalvoleyball characteristic schools in Shenzhen.Research suggests that under the backgroundof the integration of sports and education，traditionalvollyballcaracteristicshools inhenzhen，sanimportantcomponentoftevolleyballesere talent cultivationpattern，playasignificant roleinstrengthening thedemonstrationand leading roleoftheintegration of sports and education.The research proposed the development path forthecultivation ofreserve talents in traditional volleyball characteristic schools in Shenzhen： it improves the overall coordination mechanism and optimizing the resource allocation patern; it improves theone-stop trainingsystem to ensure the construction of the talent echelon; it buildsanew guaranteesystem for the integration ofsports and education to consolidate the foundation for talent cultivation; it establishes and improves a multi-level competitionsystem to facilitate talent selection channels.
