Study on Value Creationand Sustainable Mechanism of the Water-Based "Village BA" in Taijiang County from the Perspective of Integration of Sports and Tourism

YANG Hongwei Moutai Institute， Zunyi， Guizhou Province， 5645O7 China [Abstract] Against the backdropof the national strategies ofintegration of sports and tourismand rural revitalization， the water-based "VillageBA" was launched in Taijiang County，Guizhou Province in 2O25，as an innovative practice ofrural sports events，which integrates the traditional water cultureof the Miao nationalitywith modernbasketball competition，demonstratingunique value creation potential.Basedonthe theoriesof integrationofsportsand tourism and sustainable development，this study adopts the literature research method，embedded single-case study method， and field research method to analyze its operation mechanism and development path.The study finds that the Water-based "Village BA" forms a value co-creation ecosystem through the colaboration of multiple subjects， realizing multi-dimensional values in economy，culture，andecology.However，it faces dilemmas such asecological challenges，seasonalfluctuationsintheeconomy，unevenbenefitdistribution，andtalentshortage，andneeds toestablish a sustainable mechanism of "community participation market一orientedoperation ecological protection policycoordination". This study fls thegaps inrelevant studyand provides theoretical reference and practical guidancefor the development ofrural characteristicsports events inethnicareas.Inthefuture，itis possibletolongitudinall track theeffectivenes of the mechanismand horizontallycompare regional event models; In practice，itisnecessary to developoff-season products and improve policies for ecological compensation and talent attraction policies.
