Inner Mongolia Normal University，Hohhot，Inner Mongolia AutonomousRegion，O1oo22 China [Abstract] Basedonthe methods of literatureresearchandlogicalanalysis，this paper aims toclarifythepracticalpath of the new quality productivity enabling the construction of Chinese traditional sports culture.The research shows that the new productivityinjects new vitalityinto traditional sports culture through technology，factors，and industriesas breakthrough points.However，the current empowerment processis facing practical problems such as thelack of depth of technologyapplication，bariers to factorcirculation，limited degreeof industrial integration，and the need to strengthen thevaluerecognition mechanism.Basedonthis，itis proposed toimprovethetechnicalcontent inorder to increase theculturalappeal; It establishesanopenandshared platformtopromote theflowoffactors; Itcreatesan integrated development industry ecosystem to tap into the potential of industrial development; It reconstructs the discourse power of values to enhance cultural identity and other specific construction paths.
