Realistic Constraints and Solutions for the Development of Rural Sports Under the Background of Rural Revitalization

LI Yu BAI Chunyan GUO Shihui ShanxiDatongUniversity，Datong，Shanxirovince， O37oo9China [Abstract] Inthecontextoftheruralrevitalizationstrategy，thedevelopmentofruralsportsisanimportantlink inrealizing nationalftnessandcomprehensiverevitalizationofruralareas.Atpresent，therearepractical dificultiesinrural sports，such as inadequatepoicyimplementation，ackofsportsvenues，solidicationoffmers'sportsthining，shortageofpoessol talents，imbalancedurban-rural development，andlossof sports culture.Inorder tosolve these problems，measures need to betaken frommultipledimensions： itstrengthens policyimplementationand improves sports infrastructureconstruction; it popularizes sports knowledgeandchanges farmers'understandingofsports;itcultivateslocal spoits talentsandimproves grasroots sportsorganizations;it promotes theintegrationofurbanandruralsportsresourcesandbreaks downthebariers ofbinary structure; it excavates traditional sports culture and enhances rural cultural self-confidence.In order torealize the national fitnessplanas soon as possible，amulti-pronged approach is needed to promote the deep integration of rural sportsandruralrevitalization，finallachieving thegoalofimprovingfrmers'physicalfitness，improving theirquality of life and promoting comprehensive rural development.
