Research on the Construction of High Quality Professional Physical Education Teacher Team from the Perspective of an Education Power

ZHAO Zhuo Wuhan SportsUniversity，Wuhan，HubeiProvince，43oo79 China [Abstract] A high-qualityand specialized team of physical education teachers is the talent support for theconstruction ofa education power and the high-quality development of school physical education.To explore the path of building ahigh-qualityprofesionalsports teacher team，thisarticleuses literaturereviewandlogical reasoning methods toexplain theconnotationofahigh-qualityprofesional sports teacher team.Itconcludes thattheconstructionofahigh-quality profesional sports teacher team has values such as building astrong teacher foundation，nurturing the soul of physical education，and promoting thenameof physical education.And it proposes the following ways toenhance the profesionalcompetenceof thephysicaleducation teacherteam： itdeplycultivatesthefertilesoilof teacherethics，and continue theoriginal intention of educating people; It refinesskilsand teaching excellence，integratessubject practice; It establishes a sound grasroots teaching and researches system to empower teachers' professional growth.Inorder to beter implement the fundamental task ofcultivating moralityandtalents，cultivate socialistbuilders andsucesos，and serve the construction of a strong education country.
