Research on the Current Situation and Path of Integrating the Concept of Active Health into the Vocational Physical Fitness Curriculum in Normal Universities

LUO Xiaomei TANG Hao Xiangnan Preschool Education College,Chenzhou,Hunan Province, 423ooo China [Abstract] This research focuses onanalyzing and exploring the practical difculties and development pathsof integrating the concept of active health into the vocational physical fitness curriculum in normal universities. Through literature analysisand relevant research,itreveals the current situation and problems of integrating the conceptofactive health into thevocational physical fitness curiculum innormal universities from perspectives such as cognitive gaps,imbalance ofthe curriculum structure,rigid teaching methods,lagging resource supply and single evaluation mechanism.Italso proposes targeted implementation paths such as reconstructing curriculumobjectives, creating modular curriculum,innovating teaching models,integrating resource platforms and optimizing evaluation mechanisms,emphasizing student-centerednes,ability orientation,multi-partycolaborationand continuous improvement,with the aim of providing thoughts and references for enhancing the health literacy and career development momentum of normal university students and constructing a physical fitnesscurriculum system with normal universitycharacteristics.
