“南展西扩东进”战略下冰雪运动进校园的困境与纾解对策

[Abstract] Building a campus ice and snow sports system for primary and secondary schools under the strategic background of "expanding south，expanding west，and advancing east" for ice and snow sports has positive significance for improving the physical health level of primaryandsecondaryschool students，promoting the developmentof the iceand snow sports industry，and laying the foundation for the inheritance anddevelopment of ice and snow sports cultural knowledge.Thisarticleadoptsresearchmethodssuchasliteraturereview，logicalanalysis，andfieldobservation to explore the currnt situation of ice and snow sports in primaryand secondary schools in Hubei Province.Itclarifies the constraints faced by the promotion ofice and snow sports in schools in terms of natural resources，teaching staff， financial support，and cordination among relevant entities，and proposes a construction path to provide asistance for the promotion of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools in Hubei Province.
