[Abstract] Based on the methods of literature research and logical analysis，focusing on the core issue of empowering basketballtraining mode innovation withAI technology，this paper explores the intrinsicvalue，dilemma and practical path of empowering basketballtraining mode innovation with AI.The research found that the intrinsic valueof AI empowering basketbal training mode innovation is reflected in theaccuratecapture of empoweringaction optimization， data driven reconstructionof training paradigm，tactical deduction breakthroughcognitive boundary，risk early warming andsports health.However，itisstllfacingtherealitydificultiessuchasdataisland，technologycost，humancoputer competition，thatis，ethical vacuum.Inthisregard，practical paths hasbeenproposed，suchasbuildingamultimodal datagovernance system，developing lightweight inteligent terminals，establishingacoach-AIcolaborative decisionmaking model，and improving data security governance.
