协同视域下的高校足球人才培养体系建构

[Abstract] Thecultivationoffootballtalents incolleges isakeylink topromote thedevelopmentoffootballin China. Butat present，therearedeficiencies intalentcultivationincollgesinChina，whichafectsthequalityoffootbaltalent cultivation.Through literatureanalysis，fieldresearchandothermethods，this study found thatthere aredeficiencies inthe curiculum design，matchconnection，and social resource integrationofcurrntuniversityfootballcultivation， which leads toaserious disconnect between the footbal talents cultivated incollegesandtheactual social situation. Guided bythesynergy theory，this studyexplorestheconstruction strategyof thefour-waysynergy footballtalent cultivation system withcolegesas themainbattefield，the governmentastheguide，andthesocietyand familyas the auxiliary.Throughoptimizing the cultivation objectives，integrating training resources，and strengthening the training time，high-qualityfotballtalentsarecultivated.Thisstudycanimprovethequalityofcollge footballtalentcultivation through factor synergy and mechanism innovation.
