[Abstract] Thecore of new-quality productivity lies in taking technological innovationas the driving force，achieving innovative allocation of production factors and deep industrial transformation and upgrading. Against this backdrop， the inheritance and innovation of traditional ethnic sports projects face new opportunities and chalenges.This paper deeplyexplores the internal relationship between new-quality productivityand traditional ethnicsports，and analyzes key issues existing incurrent inheritance and innovation practices，suchas insufficient depth of digital technology application，unclear industrializationpaths，andashortageofcompound talent.Basedonthis，itproposes systematic practical strategies： constructing a movementlibrary and knowledge graph based on digital twin technology to achieve precise protection and intellgent inheritance; exploring "sports+" integrationmodels to promote the transformation ofcultural resources into cultural asets;and establishing industry-university-research collaboration mechanisms to cultivatecompound talent with both technological iteracyand cultural heritage.The studyaims to provide theoretical support and practical pathways for the sustainable development of traditional ethnic sports empowered bynew-quality productivity.
