[Abstract] There is a disconnect between consciousness and rhythm， timing judgment bias and other real dilemmas in defense-offense transition inbasketballfast break tactics.Insufficienttactical predictionabilityleads tothelossof decision-making window; The deviation between training scenarios and actual batles weakens the efectivenessof tactical application.Basedontheprinciplesof sports training，thefolowing measures canbetaken toformasystematic optimization path： Strengthening neural reflex pathways through three-dimensional situational awarenesstraining; Constructing a dynamic evaluation model to quantifythe tactical choices; Combining modular scenario simulation to enhance adaptability.
