[Abstract] With the goal of improving throwing performance,this article systematically explores the synergistic mechanism of Post-Activation Potentiation (PAP)and Complex Training(CT),as wellas their application methods inthrowing training.Basedon the physiological mechanism of PAP and the load gradient,action coordination,and neural stimulation characteristicsofCT,a scientific training framework wasconstructed that includes parameter optimization,action matching,andcycle division. By analyzing the biomechanical characteristics of throwing sports, the intramuscular,neural,and hormonal pathways of PAPafects throwing explosive power were clarified; Combined with the "activation expression" chain effct of CT,the range of key parameters,such as load intensity 985% 1RM), capacity (≤6 times),interval time 5-12min) ,wasproposed,anda three-stage trainingcycle wasdesigned in the basic period, strengthening period,and pre competitionadjustment period. Finaly,a multidimensional evaluation systemincluding explosive power,coordination,and physiological indicators was constructed,and dynamic regulation strategies.
