[Abstract] This research focuses on the innovative application of information technologyin tennis training，reviewing theachievements insportsscienceand technology，practical cases oftennis training，and relatedacademicresearch. Research has foundthatinformationtechnologycanenhancethescientificity，personalization，andeficiencyof teis training.Byleveraging motioncaptureanddataanalysis technology，technicalissuescanbeaccuratelydiagnosed;through virtual simulation and smart wearable devices，the training processcan be optimized;online platforms can facilitate the sharing of training resources and remote guidance.Based on these findings，strategies such as data-driven analysis，the applicationofsmartdevices，virtual scenario training，andonlinecolaborative management areproposed.These strategies aimcan provide practical solutions for the scientific development of tennis training，therebyenhancing athletes' competitive abilities and innovating training methods.
