[Abstract] The sports service industry is an important component of the development of China's sports industry.The articletakesFujianProvinceasanexampleanduses methodssuchasliteraturereview，logicalanalysis，andmathematical statistics to studythecurrent applicationstatus of digital transformation inthe sportsserviceindustry，covering platform construction，digital fitnessdigitalmarketing，and theconstructionof intellgent venuefacilities.This paperanalyzes thechallenges facedbydigitalizationinthetransformationprocessof thesportsserviceindustrysuchasthediiculties intechnologyandtalents，theobstaclesoftraditionalmodels，andthelackofdigitaladvantages.This paperfinally proposes four transformation strategies， incuding policy support， deepening platform construction，carrying out big data marketing，and developing newcultural industries，aiming to promote the high-qualitydevelopmentof the sports service industry in Fujian Province.
