[Abstract] Cluster Set Training (CST) is anew paradigm of strength training.Itcan effectively avoid deformationof technical movements causedbyfatigue inadolescentaerobics athletes due totraditional exhaustion training,andhas important practical significance for improving their specialized physical fitnessand ensuring the standardizationof technical movements.The content of CST for adolescent aerobics mainly includes: lower limb explosive power training, upper limb andcore stabilitytraining,quality training fordificult movements,and specialized endurance training for complete sets of movements based on CST mode.Based on these contents,the follwing measures are proposed: Scientifically design the load intensity and enhance the jumping burst strength; Finecontrol of movement rhythmand strengthening of support control ability;Decompose the key points of training techniques to ensure the quality of difficult movements; Gradually increase density and develop complete sets of specialized endurance.
