小学课后体育服务体能训练实施困境与优化路径

[Abstract] With the in-depth implementation and promotion ofthe "double reduction" policy,after-school sports services,asanimportantwaytoimprovesudents'pysicalalthaveatratedmuchatentiontotheielopent quality.This research used literature reviewand theoretical research methods to systematically analyze the current implementation status of physicalfitnesstraining inafter-school sports services.It was found that there are five major chalenges: insuffcientsystematictraiing,lackofprofesionalgudance,abseceofevaluationandfeedback,weaksafety guarantees,and limitations inresource conditions.In thefaceof theseproblems,onthe premisethatitisdifcult to improve in the short term,the research proposes asystematic solution for constructing content modelsof after-school sports services: establishing a complete processof clasified action resource packages,sports datacollection,learningand practice evaluation and feedback,issuing exercise prescriptions,revising and adjusting learning and practicing action contents",whichconstitutesacomplete pathtoenhance thequalityofafter-school sports services.Theresearchresults aim to provide theoretical references forafter-school sports services in primary schools and laya solid foundation for improving students' physical health levels.
