Factor Analysis and Control Application Research on Wrinkling of Negative Plate of Winding Battery Cell

Abstract:Winding isakeyprocessinthemanufacturingoflithiumionbatery,whichcombinesthepositiveandnegative electrodeplateswiththediaphragm,and thefoldof thenegativeelectrode plateof thecellmaycause thescrappingof both positiveandnegativeelectrodeplatesanddiaphragms,significantlyaffecting manufacturingcosts,batteryperformanceand safety.The paper analyzes thecauseoffolding,and studies the suppesion fromthree main aspects:pre-winding,tensionand cold pressing.Theconclusionisthatthefoldingcan berestrainedbyreasonablefeding pressure,relativelysmallpre-winding number,suffcientlylargecoldpresureandsmalltensiongradientofdiaphragm.roductionpracticesverifythatthresearchcan improvecel quality,increase production efficiency reduce scrap rate,and has certain application prospects.
