Optimization Design of a Synchronous Control System for Lifting Mechanism of Wheel Loader

Abstract:Regarding thesynchronous position deviationcausedby hydraulic cylinders during the working processof lifting mechanisms forwheelloader,anoptimized synchronouscontrolsystemwas designed.Thebasic structureandcoreparametersof thelifting mechanismforwheelloaderswereelaborated,andamathematical modelofthelfting mechanismwas establishedand mechanical analysis was conducted. Schematic diagram of the hydraulicsystem of the lifting mechanism was drawn using FluidSIMsoftware,andsimulationanalysiswasconducted.Usingsensorsand electromagneticproportional directionalvalvesas hardware cores,a simulation model ofasynchronous control system withPIDcontrol link was constructed byAMESim,and simulationanalysis wasconducted.Theanalysisresultsindicate that the application of PID controlsystem improvesthe synchronizationaccuracyof the lifting mechanismof heavy-dutyvehicles,andmaintains thecontinuousandstableoperationof theliftingmechanism ofwheel loader.
