Abstract：Fortheefective improvementoftheintellgent levelofmanufacuringcells，NXsoftwarewasappliedtodesignthe structureoftheintellgent manufacturingunit，comprising storage system，3Dprinterand pickuprobot.Simulationonthemotion of theentire manufacturingunit wascarredoutbythe Process Simulate softwareon Tecnomatix platform，andacomplete process ofthedischargeandfeedwasdisplayedtoverifyitsfeasibility.Basedonthesimulationresults，theentiremanufacturingunitwas upgraded and optimized，and its accuracy was improved.
