Analysis and Control of Vehicle Whistling in Acceleration Conditions

The problemconditionis determinedbysubjectiveevaluation.The actual vehicle testing show that thereare whistling points in the car above 3600r/min . The correlation analysis shows that the whistling is caused by the deformation of the generator claw tip atached tothefrontendoftheengine.Byoptimizing theintegermodulusstructure,thewhistlingproblemisefectively controlled,which ensures product consistency and upgrades vehicle sound quality.
