Abstract：Intheinitialstageoftheproductionofacompanyscastaluminumcylinderheadproductionlineproject，theproblem of aluminumchipresidueinthecylinderheadwassevere，seriouslyafecting thequalityofthecylinderhead.Thisstudyfocused onthe in-depthanalysisof theprocess dificultiesinthegenerationofaluminumchips inthecavities suchastheoilpassages andwater pasges ofthecylinder head.Bysystematicallyanalyzing theinteralrelationshipsamong procesing parameters，tool structure，andthesizeofaluminumchips，theprocessingparameterswereoptimizedandadjusted，andthetolstructurewas improved toreducethesizeof aluminumchips.Through practicalapplication，thismeasureefectivelyreducedtheamountof aluminumchipresidue，significantlyimprovedthecleanlinessof thecylinderhead，ensuredthestabilityofproductquality，and provided a solid technical guarantee for the stable operation of the cast aluminum cylinder head production line.
