Abstract:Asthecompoundconnectingrodpesticideapliation machineonfarmland has multipleconnectingrods,transmision andcontrolcomponentswithcomplexcouplingrelationship,itsdesign stabilitydirectlyafectsoperationsafety.Thispaper improvesandoptimizesthetraditional designconsideringthestructureand sizeof theequipmentdesign.Acording tothe motion processof theappicationmachineryandqupment,combinedwiththecharacteristicsofstructuralyout,theequipmentmodel issimplified,thespecificmotionmechanicsisanalyzed,andthetransversedimensionofthewholeequipmentisdetermied aordingtotherelativepositionofthehydrauliccylinderandthemulti-connectingrod.Therelationshipbetweenthestructure positionandtheliftingandloweringheightiscalculatedtodeterminetheoptimalrelativepositionbetweenthehydrauliccylinder andthemulti-connectingrod.Combinedwiththedynamicequation,theforceof theequipment isanalyzed,therelationship betweentheforceparametersandthestructuresizeisdetermined,and theoptimal structuresizeof theequipmentisdesigned. Thetestresultsshow thatthedisplacement,speedandacelerationofthedesignedequipmentchangeregularly,andthelateral forceandaxialforceof theconnectionbetweentherodandthebearingare stable,whichilustatesthatthe work eficiencycan be improved.
