(ColegeofMechancalandElectricalEngering,NanjngUniversityofAeronauticsandAstronautics,NanjingOl6Cina) Abstract:Toaddresstheisuesofloweficiency,high laborintensity,andlong timeconsumptionofmanual measurement methodsforinstalltionerorsofformingmolds,aPLCcontrolldinsitumeasurementandcontrolsystemforinstalltioeros offormingmoldsisdesigned.WiththeDelta DVP5OMC multiaxismotioncontrolerbeing themaincontroller,andcombined with servocontrol technology,precise positioning isconducted through a three-axis motion mechanism with a power linelaser profilometer,andtheautomaticmeasurementofgeometricfeaturesofformingMoldsbeingachieved.TeMicrosoft VisualStudio platformisused todevelopuppercomputercontrol software toaccomplishautomaticprocesingof measurementdataand calculationof instalation errs.The experimentalresultsshowthatthesystem has highmeasurement acuracyandcanmet the requirements of fast and high-precision in practical measurement.
