Research on Nonlinear Elastic Load Design of Large Civil Aircraft

Abstract:Basedontheactual engineringrequirements inloaddesign,anonlinearstaticaeroelastic trimminganalysisandload calculation methodforcivillargeaireraftisdeveloed.Acivilaircraftistakenasanexampletoanalyzethenonlinearstatic aeroelasticloadoflargedeformationstate,andthenonlineartrimanalysisandloaddesignresultsunderdiferentmanbeam stiffnessarestudiedandcompared.Researchshowsthatthereisasignificantdiferenceintheresultsoflinearandnolineartrim analysisunderlargedeformationconditions,resulting invaryingdegreesofatackangles,structuraldeformation,andload distributionacrosstheentireaireraft,which indicatesthatlinear methodscannotaccuratelyguideloaddesignaftersignificant structuraldeformationoccurs.Thecomparisonofthestiffnesscalculationresultsofdiferentmainbeamsontheshowsthatthe elasticloadcalculationresultsaredirectlyrelated tothestifnessofthewingmainbeam.Thesmalerthestifessofthemain beam,the greater the difference betweenlinear and nonlinear trimresults.
