Abstract:Theachnetoolchattrcausedbydynamicinstabiltyandabnoalvibrationoftolaffctsthenoralmilligproce of precisionparts.Basedontheestablishedmodeloflow-immersionmiling,itsinstabilityisanalyzedbyMatlabsoftware,and thetime-frequencycontrolerstructuremodelof unstablemilingisdesigned.Thecomparionmade betweenthesoftware simulationandactualprocessingshows thatthedesignedcontrollermodelcanefectivelysuppessthemillingchatterof NC machine tool.
