Abstract:3Dprinting technologyisaninnovativerapid prototyping technologythatreliesondigital modelsandisenabledby numericalcontrolsystems.Iishailedasthe"thirdindustrialrevolution."Thankstoitsuniquetechnicaladvantages,suchas shortproductioncycles,integratedmolding,andhigh-eficiencymanufacturing,ithasbeenwidelyappliedinindustries includingaerospace,transportation,education,and halthcare.Asthe numericalcontrolsystem techologycontinues to evove, itspotentialwillbefurtherunleashed.Thispapercomprehensivelyexpoundsontheprinciplesof3Dprintingtechnology,analyzes thecurrent technicalbottenecks,andexplorestheresearchdirectionsaimedataddressing thesechallenges.Moreover,it conducts anin-depth studyandanalysisof thefuturedevelopment trendsof3Dprinting techologyandenvisionsitsprospects in promoting the innovation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

0 引言

在制造业日益全球化与数字化浪潮的推动下,我国制造业迫切需要变革,为此国家相继提出了《中国制造2025》、“工业4.0”等战略计划,其中3D打印技术作为新一轮科技革命和产业变革的核心技术,已成为我国工业重点的发展方向,将有助于推动我国由“制造业大国”向“制造业强国”的转变[1]。(剩余14210字)
