Abstract:Arobtpackaging workstationisproposedaimingatreducingworkcostsandimproving productioneficiencyinmanual packaging.Accordingtoactual productionrequirements,thesizeparametersof each componentaredesignedandcalculated, each component is modledthrough UG,andeach component isassembled tooptimizethe workstation layout.With theMCD module,therobotsmotiontrajectory isplannedandadjusted basedonthesimulationresultsoftheworkstation.The proposed solutioncan efectivelydetecttherobot motion trajectoryabnormalitiesandreduce workstationoperation troubles.
