Design of a Hydraulic Shock Suppression System for Crane Rotating

Abstract:Inordertoimprovethestabilityofthecranerotationsystemreducedbythehydraulicimpactgeneratedduring the cranerotationoperation,acontrolsystem efectivelysuppressingthe pressure impact of thecranerotation system wasdesigned. Thebasicstructureofthecraneslewingsystemwasexplained,andasimulationmodelof thetraditionalslewingsystemwas established using AMESim forsimulation analysis.Anadaptive impact suppresion system with PIDcontrol was designed using proportional valves and sensors.The simulation modeloftheadaptiveshock suppresion system was establishedusing AMESim andsimulation experimentswereconducted.Thecomparativeanalysisofsimulationresultsshowthatunder thesameworking presure,the adaptive impact suppressonsystem efectivelysuppresses the hydraulic impact generated bythe crane'srotating operation and maintains the stabilityof the system's continuous operation.
