Abstract:Thepaperanalyzes theexistingcomposting processofbisporus mushroomconcerningthelowdegreeofautomationin theindustrialplantingofmushroom,designstheautomaticcompostingproductionline,discussestheprocessofPLCalgorithmby usingthelocalobject-orientedprogramming methodundertheframeworkofstructured programming,andrealizesthescheduling switchof thecontrol programbetween diferent proceses intheproduction linebydesigning "state machine".Thecontrolsystem is designed withPLCascontrollerand touch screenashuman-computerinterface,whoseapplicationresultsshowthatthe production line is easy to control and stable inoperation with high eficiency
