Abstract：Elasticconnector，anewtypeofconnectorwithadvantagessuchassmallsize，highintegration，isoneofthemost importantconnectionmethodsforfuturehighintegrationstructuraldesign.Initstightstructuraldesign，theconnectorrequires onlyasmalleightspaceforsignal transmision，ut great strictnessforblindmathingstructuretolerancecontrol.Inorderto designbetterblindstructureof elasticconnector，anewstructure tolerancecalculationmethodisproposed.Thetheoretical formulaofelasticpindeviationrelationisestablished，andtherelationbetweenelasticpindeviationandstructuraldimension tolerance isanalyzed.Thetheoreticalmodelofblindstructuredesignof elasticconnectorisfurtherestablished，basedonwhich thedimensionaltoleranceofthestructureisderivedinactualsituation.Theproposedmethodprovidesatheoreticalbasis foreven moreimportant blind configuration design of elastic connectors in the future.
