Abstract:Researchontheinterferencefitofahigh-speedCNClatheelectricspindlerotorwasconductedtobreedideasforits simulationdesign.Thecoldshrinkfitfunctionoftheanalysissoftwarewasapliedtosolvethereductionindiameteroftherotor sleeveafter thermal expansionasembly,andtheeffectsof temperatureriseandcentrifugal forceoncontactpressure were analyzed.Therotationalspeed,transmited torquevalue,andsafetyfactorwereobtainedundertwoworking modes,andthe interference fit performance was evaluated.
