Study on Comparison and Optimization of Advanced Treatment Processes for Sewage Treatment Plants in a Two New Industrial Park

Abstract:Theinfluentofatwonew industrialparksewage treatmentplantcontainsdificulttodegradechemicalpollutants, andtheexisting process cannotstablyachieveefuentdischarge standards.The technicalandeconomicfeasibilityof Fentonoxidation processand compositeozonecatalyticoxidation process iscompared through intermediate experiments,and the optimizationsolutions are proposed.Theresults showthatthe Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD)removalrateof Fenton oxidation process is 46%~71% ,the operating cost is 1.83 yuan/t of wastewater,and the comprehensive investment cost is 21.08 million yuan; the COD removal rate of the composite ozone catalytic oxidation process is 56%~ 71% ,the operating costis1.20yuan/tofwastewater,andthecomprehensiveinvestmentcostis18.82millonyuan.TheCODremovalefficiency of the compositeozonecatalyticoxidationprocess is superiortothatoftheFentonoxidation process,withloweroperating and comprehensive investmentcosts,andnosecondarypollution from sludge.It is recommended toadopt thecomposite ozonecatalyticoxidation processasadeep treatmentrenvation plan,providing reference forsewage treatmentin similar chemical industrial parks.
