Abstract：Withtherapiddevelopment of urbanization，domestic waste treatment has becomean important partof urban management.Thetreatmentofdomestic waste leachate isnotonlyrelatedtoenvironmental protection，butalsodirectly related tothecontrolofurbanoperationcostsandtheimprovementofeconomic benefits.From the perspectiveof business management，thispapertakesthe treatmentofdomestic wasteleachateas theresearchobject，andbasedontheoperational dataof projectS，deeplyexploresthecompositionandcontrol strategiesoftheoperatingcostsofdomestic wasteleachate treatmentprojects.Therelevantresearchconclusionsprovideatheoreticalframeworkandpracticalreference forcontrollng the operating costs of leachate from household waste，and have practical significance for promoting the greenand lowcarbon transformation of the waste treatment industry.
