Research on the Planning Guidance and Implementation Path of Urban Inefficient Land Redevelopment

Abstract：WiththecontinuousdeepeningofChina’sterritorialspatial planning，thereuseof inefficientlandhasbecome animportantpartofoptimizinglanduseand improvingthequalityofurbandevelopment.Taking Jingchuan Countyas the researcharea，the planning orientationandimplementationpathof ineficientland redevelopmentaredeeplyanalyzed. During this period，byanalyzing thecurrent situationoflandusein Jingchuancounty，the significanceofland use redevelopmentiselaborated，andtheoverallrequirementsofitsplanninglevel，developmentscaleandlayout，andthe matching ofcultivatedland protectionand publicwelfarelandaredescribed indetail，apath foroptimizing land supply strategiesisproposed，includingtheterminationofpriorityevelopmenteas，landcqusiionmanagementition oflandsupplystrategies，andsupervisionandevaluationmechanisms.Theimplementationefectof theprojectisvaluated fromtheperspectivesofconomy，society，cologyetc.，inordertoprovidereferenceforthesustainabledevelopentof other regions.
