Design of Pyrolytic Carbonization Processing Unit Based on Cooling Emission Reduction

Abstract：Pyrolyticcarbonization technologycanrealizethereduction，harmlessnessresourceutilizationoforganic waste，which isoneof theeffective ways toproperlysolvetheenvironmentalpollutionoforganicsolid waste.Aimingatthe problemsofsmoke，unsafefactors of nitrogentank thermal energyloss generatedbypyrolysiscarbonizationprocess， pyrolysis carbonization treatment device fororganic solid waste basedoncooling emisionreduction is designed.Nitrogen generatorgets high-puritynitrogenthroughseparation entersthepyrolysiscarbonizationtubefurnace，where theorganic solidwasteundergoes crackingoxidation togetbiochar;partofthedischargedfluegasgoesback tothefurnacethrough therefluxdevice forfurther pyrolysis，which fullpyrolyzesreduces the thermal energyconsumption;the decomposed fluegasenters thecondensertobecondensed，thencollctedtogettarfuelgasthroughthetarcolectiondevice thegascollectiondevice.Afterthedecomposedfluegasenters thecondensercondenses，itiscollectedbythetar collectiondevice gascolectiondevicetogettarfuelgas;finallytheremainingfluegas is testedbytheflue gas dischargedaccording tothesard.Thisdeviceispractical，simpletooperatemaintain，canreduce temperature emissions， provide a new method equipment for to realize carbon peak carbon neutral.
