Abstract:Pyrolyticcarbonization technologycanrealizethereduction,harmlessnessresourceutilizationoforganic waste,which isoneof theeffective ways toproperlysolvetheenvironmentalpollutionoforganicsolid waste.Aimingatthe problemsofsmoke,unsafefactors of nitrogentank thermal energyloss generatedbypyrolysiscarbonizationprocess, pyrolysis carbonization treatment device fororganic solid waste basedoncooling emisionreduction is designed.Nitrogen generatorgets high-puritynitrogenthroughseparation entersthepyrolysiscarbonizationtubefurnace,where theorganic solidwasteundergoes crackingoxidation togetbiochar;partofthedischargedfluegasgoesback tothefurnacethrough therefluxdevice forfurther pyrolysis,which fullpyrolyzesreduces the thermal energyconsumption;the decomposed fluegasenters thecondensertobecondensed,thencollctedtogettarfuelgasthroughthetarcolectiondevice thegascollectiondevice.Afterthedecomposedfluegasenters thecondensercondenses,itiscollectedbythetar collectiondevice gascolectiondevicetogettarfuelgas;finallytheremainingfluegas is testedbytheflue gas dischargedaccording tothesard.Thisdeviceispractical,simpletooperatemaintain,canreduce temperature emissions, provide a new method equipment for to realize carbon peak carbon neutral.
