Research on Green Synthesis and Performance Enhancement of Low Pollution Electronic Conductive Materials

Abstract:Using greensynthesis technologyand water-solubleprecursorsasrawmaterials,nanoconductive materialsare prepared byultrasound assistedaqueous synthesis method.Innovatively introducing micro reaction technologyand bio basedraw materials,aclosed-loopcleanproductionprocess hasbeenestablished,andalowpolution,high-performance electronic specificconductive material has beendeveloped.Through multidimensionalcharacterization methods,the microstructureand propertiesofmaterialsaresystematicallyanalyzed,and theinfluenceofprocessparametersonproduct performance isstudied.Theresultsindicate thatthedeveloped materialhas excelentconductivityandthermalstability, with a volume resistivity of 2.3×10-4 Ω ·cm and a thermal conductivity of 15.6 W/(m·K).The application verification inthefieldsofflexibleelectronics,high-frequencycommunication,andLight-EmitingDiode (LED)packagingshowsthat this materialhasgoodmechanicalreliabilityandelectromagneticshieldingperformance,demonstratingsignificanttechnical advantages in practical applications.The researchresults providenew ideas forthegreenmanufacturing of electronicconductive materials,whichis of great significance for promoting the sustainable developmentof related industries.
