Abstract：Facingthedualchallenges ofruralrevitalizationandeconomicdevelopment，theWujiang RiverBasinurgently nedstoaddress thecollaborativechallenges between ecological protectionand waterresources.Aimingatthe problems ofecologicaldegradation，waterresourceshortage，andpolution，thisarticleproposesafour-dimensionalcolaborative approach.Atthepolicylevel，establishacross-regional joint preventionand control mechanismandanecological compensationmechanism;atthe technicallevel，constructanintelligent monitoringnetworkand promotewater-savingand polutioncontroltechnologies;economicall，developecological inustriesandimprove thegree financeand waterpricing system;atthesocial level，promotepublicparticipation，communityco-governane，ndcorporatesocialresposibility fulfillment.Inhefuture，iisneessarytostrengthenientificandtchnologicalsupportanddigitalmanagementtiize the allcationofwaterresources，andprovidedecision-makingreferences forthesustainabledevelopmentof theriverbasin.
