Study on the Renovation of Cement Burning System Based on Energy Conservation and Cost Reduction

Abstract:Asatypical high energyconsumptionand high emisionindustry,thecementindustryis facing enormous pressure tosave energyandreduce emissons.The firing system is the most energyconsuming link in cement production, accounting for at least 60% of the entire cement production process.The main sources of resistance is analyzed in the cement burningsystem,andthecomprehensive technical renovation plan is proposed toaddressthe existing problems. Taking acertain cement plant asanexample,significant energy-saving efects have beenachieved through measures such asequipmentupgrading,pipelinelayoutoptimization,fansystemimprovement,andprocessparameteradjustmentafterthe renovationofthecementburningsystem.Theresearchresultsshowthataftertherenovation,theunitelectricityconsumption decreased by 8% ,the unit coal consumption decreased by 7.1% ,the system thermal efficiency increased to 74% ,andthe anualtotalproductioncost wassaved byabout2.25millionyuan.Thesucessul implementationof this projectproves that reducing theresistanceofthefiring systemand improving the thermal eficiencyofthesystemareeffctive ways toreduce cement production costs and improve energy efficiency,and provide references forother enterprises inthe industry.
