Abstract：Inordertoimprove theenergy effciencyof theevaporation crystallzationsystem intheresourceutilizationof highsalt wastewater，this paper analyzes the impactof scaling on system performancebasedonthe greenandlow-carbon concept，constructsaigitaltwinoptimizationmodelndverifiesthefectofnergyeficiencyimprovement.Tersults indicatethatthe optimization strategy canreduce scaling rate，improve heattransfer eficiencyand crystal purity.
