Research Progress on the Application of Photocatalysis-Ozone Combined Technology in Industrial Wastewater Treatment

Abstract:Asanadvanced wastewater treatment technology,photocatalysis-ozone combined technology effectively improves thedegradation eficiencyof organic polutants bycombining photocatalysisand ozone oxidation,and can be cariedout atroom temperature and presure without generating secondarypollution.Research has shownthatfactors such as photocatalystperformance,zonedosage,wastewatercharacteristics,andoperatingconditions haveasignificantimpact ontheeffectivenessofphotocatalysis-ozone combined technology.Although this technologystillfaces somechallnges in engineeringapplications,suchaslowreactoreficiencyandunstablecatalysts,itspotentialinremovingrecalcitrantorganic pollutants is enormous.
