Abstract：Inorder tooptimize theecological resource environmental protection utilization mode fromalow carbon perspective and promote sustainabledevelopment，this article analyzes the main problems existing inthecurrent resource utilizationprocess.Analysis suggests thatoptimizingtheutilization modeofecologicaland environmentalresourcescan effctively reduce greenhouse gasemissions，promoteresource recycling，and promote social stabilityanddevelopment. Basedonthis，itisrecommendedtocomprehensively improveresourceutilizationeficiencyand promotelowcarbonsociety construction through measuressuchasoptimizingenergystructure，promoting technological innovation，improvingpolicy mechanisms，and strengthening social awareness education.
