Abstract： Under the dual challenges of global climate change and ecological environment degradation，new energy technologies have becomean important driving force forachieving sustainable development.Focusing ontheroleof new energy technologies inecological environmentrestorationandoptimization，theapplicationof solarenergy，wind energy， biomass energyand geothermal energy is explored inecological governance，andtheoptimization strategy centeredon technology researchand development，policyregulation，public participation，and environmental monitoring hasbeen proposed，aiming toprovidetheoreticalsupportfortheeficientutilationofnewenergytechnologiesandthecoordnated developmentof ecological environment protection，andtoassst intherealizationofgreenandlow-carbon transformation under the dual carbon goal.
