Research on Zero Discharge Technology for Resource Utilization of High Salinity Wastewater in the Chemical Industry

Abstract: Highlysaline wastewater in the chemical industry has the characteristics of complex composition,strong toxicity,dificultdegradation,etc.Directdischarge willcauseserious environmental polutionand ecologicaldamage. Thetraditionaltreatmenttechnology hassome problems,suchaslow eficiency,highcostand secondarypollution.Based onthis,bysystematicallyanalyzingzero emisiontechnologiessuchasmembraneseparation,evaporativecrystallization, electrodialysis,andion exchange,aprocess flowof "pretreatmentconcentrationseparationcrystalizationsolidification" is constructed.Throughtechnology integrationand processoptimization,zeroemissionresourceutilizationofhigh salt wastewaterisachieved,providing theoreticalsupportfor the sustainable developmentof the chemical industry.
