Research on Environmental Impact Assessment of Decommissioning and Remediation Projects for Uranium Geological Exploration Facilities

Abstract:Taking the decommissioning and remediation project of auranium geological exploration facility in Henanprovinceasanexample,basedonon-siteradioactive monitoring,theisolation thicknessof thecoverlayer for decommissioningandremediation isdetermined throughcalculation.Basedontheadioactive monitoringdata beforeand aftertreatment,using methodssuchasgammaradiationdosemodel,radongasreleaseratemodel,andenvironmentalimpact assessment,asystematicquantitativeanalysisofradiationpolutionisconductedtoevaluatetheradiation exposure impact ofretiredfacilitiesonthesurroundingenvironmentandresidentsbeforeandaftertreatment,thusprovidingtheoreticaland practical guidance for the retirement treatment of uranium mines.

20世纪50年代以来,因国防工业的需要,铀矿地质勘探工作陆续深入开展,导致许多勘探区形成堆积或排放地表的废(矿)石、废水等,其中一些裸露地表的副产矿石铀品位在 0.01% 以上,极个别达到1% 。(剩余4629字)
